Reuse by the Numbers

January is the month for taking stock of where we are and where we want to go in the new year (and we hosted a Reuse Roundtable on research last week).  So we thought we would start off 2024 by sharing some reports documenting progress in the reuse marketplace in the past year.

Follow the links below to dive into these reports.  We are looking forward to a great 2024 for reuse!

Reuse in the News

Data Center waste heat reuse (for swimming pools and houses) is a new hot topic (pun intended).

We need more (and bigger!) creative reuse centers like Creative Reuse of Vallejo.

Major electronics manufactures have announced a new Consumer Technology Circularity Initiative (CTCI) and we’re cautiously optimistic it isn’t greenwash since the EU is cracking down on it…

Along those same lines a new report out from Closed Loop Partners outlines five insights you probably could have guessed…

Reuse to Amuse

If you only listen to one podcast this year make it this issue of The Happiness Lab on why Being Green Doesn’t Mean Sacrificing Fun… or Cutting Out Meat (she even touches on the joy of reuse!)

The electric flyswatter roll bar is definitely the best part of this Formula 1 car made out of e-waste.

We need to send Oversettext to this letter lot

Did you know you can reuse your 1996 calendar for 2024? What was on your calendar in 1996?
